When I put my car into someone else's hands, i expect to be informed of every little detail. To start, I was called 2-3 times a day until I gave my business to Nate at Cross Country Auto. After giving my credit card information, i never heard from any of them voluntarily again. Never heard from Nate, the guy who sold me the transport. I had to call 3 or 4 times and leave messages waiting to be called back. The carrier picking up my car from Cali to Florida called ME expecting me to bring the car to HIM from Matson...all while I'm in Florida not understand a word he is talking about. My car sat in California for 3 days longer than it was supposed to and I got charged an extra $75 for pick up. Cross Country isn't sure if they can pay me back for that even though they ADMIT it was their fault for incorrect information. I had even emailed them to tell them when the car was expected to arrive. But of course there was no confirmation email in return so how could I expect them to know that, right? Well, then, my car is expected to arrive at my door as promised on Saturday and I get a call from the carrier saying how will you pay? I said, the same way I told you before...by credit card. And they say 'no. we do not accept credit card. whoever told you that was wrong.' so i have to get $875 out of an ATM that will only allow me to take out $500 per day. I finally go all over town getting money only to have them call me up and say 'oh we can't deliver it to your house because we may get fined for entering a community that has low trees.' so i have to go a nearby large parking lot to pick up the car that was supposed to be delivered to my DOOR! I try and try and try to call customer service or anyone from this god forsaken company and naturally, nobody picks up or calls back. When I entered the extension provided to talk to a person 'ready and at hand' the phone line disconnects without any warning. Try again and the same shit happens. It is a load of B.S. Do NOT use this company. Go with Blue Star Auto instead. They get the job done right.
