I needed my car to be shipped from Utah to Oklahoma in time to drive the car to vacation in Florida. I got quotes from multiple companies and checked reviews. Cross Country was the preferred company for eBay motors, so I figured they would be good. I was so wrong! I was quoted at $600 dollars to ship the car and reassured multiple times by multiple people that the car would be delivered on time. I called every single day to check the status of the car. Each time, Chael or Ralph said they were working on it and would call me back "in 5 minutes" or "by noon". Several times they did not even call back.

I started to get worried when my vacation date was fast approaching and the car had still not been picked up. I was going to switch companies, so I could get the car on time, but, once again, I was reassured that the car would be delivered on time. I was planning to drive the car to Floriday on a Friday. Wednesday night, Chael called and said THE CAR WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED IN TIME FOR MY TRIP. He never apologized for his company's mistake or shortcomings on getting my car delivered. Instead, he threatened that other companies would deliver the car damaged or in several weeks. I was out of time to find another shipping company, so I used Cross Country, MISTAKE AGAIN.

While on vacation, the car was delivered to my little brother, but the price had gone up! I had left cash for the truck driver, but Cross Country INCREASED THE PRICE WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! Ralph claimed the original bid was "grossly underpriced" and the car would never have been delivered at that price. He said a representative called and I gave my consent, NEVER HAPPENED. These people are SLIMY LIARS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! All I can say is I learned my lesson the hard way!
