I was scared to ship my car because it is fairly new and I usually don't trust anyone with my car. Beth Feldman was very honest and helpful throughout the whole process. She was upfront about her price. It did not change. The delivery was great (although it was delayed 2 days), but it got there! Only caveat of an open carrier is that bird poop will be all over your car!!! But that its expected from a shipment from Coast to Coast. BE forewarned, don't bother detailing your car, that is unless you want to be able to clearly see any scratches or damages before giving your car to a transporter. Overall, GREAT service. Will use this company to ship my car. Beth Feldman is the greatest!
