If this is the only one transpotation company in USA don't use it

1\They set me up with other company. ( I don't know why and how....!!! )
2\They kept lying to me.
3\They never answer the phone.
4\They never get back to my calls and my messages, It's the worst customer service experience ever.
5\The car suppose to be deliver door to door but they didn't.

The complaints of this customer are false. The customer placed the order with our rep on June 1. The vehicle was picked by our hauler on June 5. The truck had mechanical problems and the vehicle was delivered a day or two late. We do not have control over mechanical breakdowns, or bad weather. This customer was delivered in a timely manner. We try to provide the best service to all of our customers.
