New to transporting...inundated by companies trying to get the job...became weary with some negative reviews and being hunted by transport companies. Beth from Cross Country was patient and persistent....offered information to help make a decision ...and kept on top of things. Once the commitment was made pick up was quick...almost too quick....same for delivery....caught us by surprise......Was a good experience and sorry we did not do it sooner.
