I contracted this company to pickup a 51 cadillac. Up until I paid the down payment, thier customer service was 'spot on'. After my money was given, it went down hill fast like 'a covered wagon on fire going down hill with no brakes'.

I was promised a date of pickup, which never happened. I was told that the pickup date was fluxuated within a range of days. I could not get ahold of anyone there including Alex Whitaker. He is the worst sales person I have ever had to deal with; he never returned my calls and consistantly tells lies to satisfy your needs. He has put himself into a corner numerous times with me.

The final straw for me was when I finally (after calling more than 50 times) got ahold of Alex via another phone number, I tried to get help or a response for a pickup date and he literally told me he or customer service would call me, and hung up on me.

I emailed the company to cancel the pickup, told the person who was to deliver to the truck to refuse any shipment to thier trucks, and called my bank to dispute the charges for a refund.

They do not have any LIVE person who will help you, all thier numbers go to voice mail; upon which you will NEVER get a call back.

BEWARE!

I have taken my business elsewhere.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW JUICY THIER OFFERS ARE.
