Cross Country had the best phone customer service until they received my deposit of $175.00. Once Cross Country received my deposit the nightmare began. The contract was to pick up the vehicle between 22dec- 24dec. No one showed or bothered to contact me until after 3 days past the due dates. After leaving numerous messages and threats no one bothered to return my call. I was given a number to call which is 954 628-5538 to call no one answers the phone. You can only leave messages. I have yet to talk to anyone from this company since they have taken my money. They took my money with no service and no means of recouping my lost. After Alex Whitaker took my money that was the last I have heard from them. I am very upset because Alex Whitaker who is there senior transporter was totally useless once again after cashing in his Christmas bonus. That was the last I heard of anyone. I had to drive my own vehicle from South Carolina to San Diego, Ca. on my own. Cross Country thank you for no service. With this type of buisness practice they can not succeed much longer.
