Horrible Company

I requested an expedited delivery service as I needed my car within 10 days to start a new job. I was told they would deliver the car within 6-9 days from pick-up and would it be picked up from my house and shipped to my new apartment with door-to-door service. The day the car was picked up, they called and we had to drive the car to them to be loaded onto the truck. I was told it would be delivered in 6-9 days but was not contracted in any way to notify me of where my car was or what day it was be delivered. I sent repeated emails and left phone messages with no response. After 8 days I left a message stating I would call a manager and then I received a call back notifying me it would not be delivered for a additional 6-7 days! They then stated that "6-9 days" did not include weekends, but I was not informed of this before I booked with the company. I specifically questioned them on this as I had asked for expedited service and they stated they didn't always have this information before hand. When my car finally did arrive, I was called the day it was to be delivered and informed that they could not drive onto the streets near my apartment and I would have to go to a parking lot to pick my car up. Quite frankly, this was an overall horrible experience. They obviously did not give correct information at the time of contract, they did not return phone calls or emails within any appropriate length of time, they didn't have the brains to tell me up front that it could not be "door-to-door" service XXXany idiot working for the company could have google mapped the addresses and notified us of the problem ahead of time and not the day of pick-up and delivery. Overall, I would not use this company again and was very disappointed in their low quality of service, knowledge and honesty.
