Basically, you cant trust anything anyone from the company tells you. Throw the pickup date out of the window, they will pick up your car at a date completely unknown. THe car will be on one truck- A LIE, There is a device to track the vehicle- A LIE. CCAT provides insurance- A LIE. 5-8 days- A LIE. They even lied and said I was permitted to pack 250lbs of my personal belongings in the car. This is not permitted by federal law and luckly I learned that because the person who picked up my car (a company other than CCAT) follows different guidlines and would have refused to ship my car if I followed the advice of either Gilles or Stalmore Duncan. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. But if you feel compelled to for some reason, DONT PAY THERE $200 COMMISION BEFORE THE TRUCK DRIVER PICK UP YOUR CAR
