I WAS going to move my vehicle to MO while my husband was deployed. Due to an emergency I was not able to. I called CCAT to get my $150.00 deposit back, and it took over a month of weekly phone calls. Everytime I called I was given the run around...everyone that I spoke with told me it was someone else's department. I had one primary contact person and she consistently told me she would call me back and wouldn't. I would have to call her. Everyime I spoke with her it was one excuse after another. I just got a phone call today saying that my money was being given back to me (7/23), although I am still waiting to see it being deposited into my account.

Cross Country Auto Transport is one of the largest moving companies in the industry. We move a high volume of vehicles across the nation each week. In CCAT contractual clauses one must cancel his or hers order 7 business days prior and 7 business days after the estimated pick up to recieve a full refund. This was clearly stated in the 5th line above clients affixed signatures. If and when the client chooses to cancel file is sent over to accounting and once it gets to accounting it is reviewed and processed within a week. Once the actual claim has been processed it could take up to 7-14 business days to see the refnd in the account.
