When we moved from Florida back to our home state of California we decided to ship our cars rather than drive them. Having never shipped our cars before, I didn't know where to start. After asking around and surfing the internet I came up with a short list of companies to call. After contacting the different companies and getting their price and terms I shortened the list to two. I found that most companies offered similar pricing but not in availability in terms of dates. Going with my instinct I chose Cross Country. The sales representative was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable of her trade. Our timing was sensitive due to the distance of the move and as scheduled our cars were picked up. Upon our arrival I was contacted by the companys dispatcher and was informed that our cars would be on time and if preferred early. It was great news to know that we would not be inconvenienced at all. When the cars were delivered they showed up just as they left, a flawless experience. I will use and refer Cross Country any time I need to ship a car.
