overcharge

I contracted this company to move my vehicle, when I spoke to beth and she gave me the quote she assured me that once they took my deposit NOTHING would change the price. Yet when the sub delivered my vehicle they had a bill that stated a higher price ( of course). They would not leave my car without the extra payment. When I called to resolve this with cross country I got beth on the phone and she immediatly said" let me see what's going on". the transfered me to LACK of customer service. Where as usual you go directly into a voice mail. so i left a message and tried to call beth back and of course I dialed her extention and it went into a voice mail.So I hung up and called back and got Tom. I told tom i needed help with the problem and Tom said he counld not help me he had his own job to do and my problem is not his problem "call customer service" .So I paid the extra money and for two weeks I have been trying to get my money back from them and have not been successful..I would not use this broker again... the trucking company that actually moved my vehicle was very good and professional and i would use them.
