Sales person made promises they could not keep in the end. Up front, I told them I had one requirement, the car couldn't arrive before me, no problem they said. But when it came time, it was a problem. Girl in Customer Service was more rude than I could have imagined, I had to get stern with her to get a word in edge wise. Again, this is a broker, they ask you for a $150 deposit, which is their cut of the total, so they are paid-in-full when you secure the reservation. Nothing else matters to them after that. Car arrived a week late in good condition, but what a pain in the butt. Would not use again.

We aim to have 100% customer satisfaction, Unfortunately it isnt an easy process when coordinating over 500 transports weekly. We apologize sincerely and we hope we can rectify this in the future. As for the transport everything ran pretty smooth on our part, Delivery, pickup times are never a gurantee, Again we aim to please everyone we are sorry we delivered earlier then anticapated I wish this was the case with all our customers.
