I contacted the company and expedited my vehicle to be transported from Virginia to Colorado for an additional $250 taking the overall charge to $1250. I was guaranteed by not only by my sales person, but also the manager and head of customer service Betty that my vehicle would be picked up between Aug 2-4. After many failed attempts of trying to get a hold of the company, I was finally told that the vehicle would be picked up on the 8th and would be dropped off no later than the night of the 12th. As I write this, it is the 16th and I still have yet to receive my vehicle. Instead of dealing with me directly, the manager Betty gave me the drivers, cell phone number. Upon speaking to him he called the broker’s all liars and told me that there was no way the car could have ever been to me by the day I was given. I found all employees that I spoke with at cross-country auto transport to be very rude and constantly lying to try to get my deposit. They have made this experience a very difficult one for me.
