This company needs to hire more employees to handle its customer service department and train them on phone etiquette. I was on hold for an average wait time of 30 minutes to only hear the same thing for 4 weeks, " No, your car has not been booked yet", and this was after I paid extra for expedited service! After waiting 3-4 wks, they call and say they may have a carrier to pick up my vehicle, by this time, I was too pissed and frustrated and requested cancellation and the good thing about them was that they refunded my deposit promptly! DON"T GO TO CROSS COUNTRY
