UPDATE - No Deposti Returned

Received a call from Cross Country Auto Transport last week 1-10-08 stating they received my request for deposit credit. The representative agreed there was no contract signed and the cancellation took place the same day as the order therefore a credit of $200.00 was due me.
Would you believe they haven't credited me yet? They just string you along.
This company is an absolute sham. Save yourself the aggravation that I am going through and DO NOT USE THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY.
The attorney general is handling my claim now so we should see them dry up soon.

Mr. Brian Ritterhaus was told that due to the delays and no agreement we would refund his deposit as soon as a certified letter(which is the way our cancellations are accepted) we would refund. Indeed MR. Ritterhaus letter was received and credit card was refunded.
