My car was scheduled to be picked up in Fort Lauderdale, FL by 12/17 or 12/18 and was supposed to be delivered to San Diego, CA. However, it is now 12/31/07 and my vehicle has not yet been picked up. I was originally told by Beth Feldman that I would not wait anymore that a few days. This company also immediately charged $175 on my credit card. I've sent multiple e-mails to Beth Feldman, Tom Henderson, the Customer Service Dept and the Auto Tracking Dept. I received one response from Liliana Hill, a customer service rep., stating "Due to the holidays the driver is a little delayed. Auto Hauler will be the ones picking up your vehicle from the terminal on the 28th.If you have any further questions please feel free to email us back.". I promptly replied to the email and never received a response. The car was never picked up. I called several times and left multiple messages, requesting a cancellation and a full refund. However, I have yet to receive a response. Note: Their customer support dept. is an answering machine that promises to call back within the next business day. They do not call back. When attempting to speak to a live person, such as Beth Feldman, she continues to transfer me to the customer support dept. (a.k.a. answering machine). It’s impossible to get a hold of someone because I keep getting the runaround from this company. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. Would never use this company again.

In response to Mrs. Vasques complaint we would like to apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused. Our agreement does state that the dates we give are strictly estimated our customer never sent us a cancellation letter therefore her order was never cancelled. In fact due to weather delays that we have no control over we stilled picked up the vehicle within the 7 business day window we have after the dates given to our customer. Customer since wanted service as she released the vehicle to the driver and indeed the vehicle was also delivered according to our agreement last week. We apologize for the delay as weather conditions prevented us from picking up solely on her estimated window and we were also short staffed during the holidays which may have been a communication barrier to have direct contact with customer. Per our driver the vehicle did arrive safely and in a timely manner to it's destination. Once again our contract was fulfilled and we do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused as we tried our best to make resolve this matter.
