Will not return deposit. I never signed a consent form to transport but they charged my credit card anyway .. They have stolen $200 from me and won't give me credit. They have had more than enough time to help me.

This is a false claim as we have already refunded MR. Ludwick his deposit as soon as the letter of cancellation was received. Once services were accepted we automatically charge the credit card to hold the spot on the driver we assigned to our customer. In this particular case the agreement wasn't agreed to and therefore we cancelled the driver off and also refunded our customer the beginning of this week the full deposit. The statement of no refund is FALSE.
