After placing my order and paying the 200 dollar retainer, I was told to expect pick-up during a two day window. That time period ellapsed, during which time I had a very difficult time getting anyone at the company to help me and give me a firm answer as to when the driver would arrive to pick-up the car. I was told on three seperate occasions that the driver would call that night. I was even told to expect him between a certain time period, however, no driver appeared and no one called. When I called the company back, all they do is generate excuses and promises that never materialize.
