Tom Henderson told me that if I signed up that day with a payment for the transport of my vehicle, they could have it picked up in a week, so, having confidence in the pleasant tom, I did sign up.

A week later I didn't hear a single word so I decided to call. The dealership hadn't heard anything either, so I called Tom back. He said they didn't have the necessary paperwork and that I needed to fax a form, as if it were my fault that the vehicle wasn't picked up when he said it would be.

So I faxed the form. Then I called customer service. They said the driver had truck problems and thats why it wasnt picked up. And the customer service said hopefully the driver could pick it up the following Thursday or Friday, but there were no guarantees. But those Thursday and Friday went by too. I called customer service again and they said Monday or Tuesday, a full week after Tom Henderson told me it would be picked up if I signed up for his service.

Now its Tuesday and the car still hasn't been picked up and no one has bothered to call me once to let me know the status of my order. The problem is that the salesman instills a lot of confidence, but once they have your money it seems as though the service itself is extremely substandard. If they had told me it could take 3 weeks to a month to deliver your car, but you will save 25 dollars, at least I would have known what to expect. It would be nice to get some calls too if the pick up-deliver date isnt going to be met.
