The car in Colorado I called Casey about Friday of last week is safely tucked in for the night in Texas on Wednesday. This world of cars is new to us, but my husband grew up knowing that when his dad passed, his classic car would be passed down. Amidst chaos, grief, mysteries, pain, and conflict, Crestline made the process of moving that inoperable, but sentimental hunk of metal seemless for this clueless teacher who knows nothing about cars, let alone moving a dead one across the country. The driver and his wife were the sweetest and kindest pair. They not only got it here safely, but they unloaded it with us and moved it into it's garage to set it in its home for the time being. They could have left it on the street, but they went the extra mile to get it parked in the garage. Thank you for making something easy amongst a very complicated chapter of our lives.
