Very responsive from beginning to end, starting with the representative responding to my completing the request for an online quote. After confirming the pick-up window, I received follow-up phone calls keeping me apprised of the status of the pick-up. The driver called to confirm the pick-up and delivery. Delivery was uneventful and my 2 cars arrived without a scratch. I have already recommended Crestline to a friend.
