The driver took the time to not only deliver the car but also demoed the car and its features. He also pointed out potential issues that I should address and was overall very concerned about my emotional response to the car. I had an issue with the dealer and the driver stayed with me until issue was completely resolved. That little bit of attention helped to diffuse what was at the time a tense situation.
