EXTREMELY Disappointing Experience

We scheduled a pickup for our vehicle with this company and provided a specific pickup date we needed the vehicle transported. We were charged an initial deposit of $195.00 and told the transporter would call us the day prior to the vehicle being picked up. The transporter never called us the day prior to the scheduled pickup date so we called and was told the office was closed for the day and we needed to call back the following morning. We called back on the scheduled pickup day, multiple times, multiple numbers before we finally were able to speak to someone. He informed us there was a 10-day pickup window, the date we requested the vehicle be picked up was actually day 1 of their window. That information should have been disclosed at the time of our reservation but it wasn't. The gentleman, or should I even call him that, was extremely rude and by far the most unprofessional person we've ever dealt with. My husband asked for a refund on the deposit but was told he would need to wait for the 10 days to elapse and if the vehicle wasn't picked up then we could get a refund. This was the ABSOLUTELY WORST experience I've ever encountered. Thanks for NOTHING Crest Transport; your company and all of its employees need to take a class on customer service, until then I give your business a 0 for rating.
