We got into a horrible car accident in our way to NY for the holidays due to road conditions. Times were already pretty stressful but I did not know how much I was going to regret contacting these people. We needed to ship or car from NY to IL, first time trying to do so and very inexperienced. I received a million quotes with all kinds of prices. Due to the accident we were short on cash and in need to have our other car asap. The low price should have been the first red flag plus the pressure of Rick Taylor to sign documents and send them at $195 deposit. We were so eager to leave all the stress behind us that I sign an E- Contract and paid with an Echeck. With a funny feeling in my stomach I started researching reviews of this company and found out they do this to all their customers, take their money for deposit and then the car never gets picked up or they charge you way more than the quote and hold your car if you don't pay what they want. I panicked and cancelled the order immediately. I contacted my bank to stop the transaction but it was too late, they took the deposit right away. I found out that there is nothing you can do to dispute this transaction with your bank because like a moron you give these thieves your bank account information willingly. I had to close my bank account because it was compromised. Later I spoke with Rick Taylor and Al who assured me my deposit was going to be returned to me since the car never was loaded into the carrier. Yeah, it has been 2 weeks and nobody has returned my calls or emails. They simply stole the money for no reason.
PLEASE RESEARCH BEFORE YOU CONTRACT TO MOVE YOUR CAR- ASK FRIENDS FOR REFERRALS. THIS IS THE MOST CORRUPTED BUSINESS I HAD TO DEAL WITH!
