Do Not Use! Uneless you want your car damaged I had a SUV shipped from Killeen, TX to Alexandria, VA. 1st they arrived late and didn't inform me until the day of delivery. Then on the day of delivery, the truck driver attempted to take my suv off the carrier and the front bumper was caught on to the something from the truck. Instead of stopping and contacting me about this so I can could simply leave the car on so the SUV'S AIR SUSPENSION COULD RAISE THE FRONT BUMPER, he continuously to threw the SUV in reverse damaging the bumper, that didn’t work for him, so he then starts to tug away with his bare hand ripping my bumper from the main body!!! Luckily there was someone who witnessed the whole thing and told me about it the next day. I then contacted them about this and went in full blown denial mode even after pictures were submitted. Then didn’t return phone calls and about a month later I get a letter stating my car was in that condition when they picked it up initially...This company doesn’t know the meaning of customer satisfaction!! Don't waste your time...
