Two days after picking up the truck the driver contacted us at 11 P:M to say that the cover was loose and that we needed to pay an extra 200 dollars over the already charged 750 in order for him to strap the cover. The other option he gave us was taking it back to the dealer and charge us 400 dollars to do that. We did not have another option than accept the extra charge since he had our vehicle in the middle of nowhere. When we asked him why he didn't tell the dealer just to put the two screws that were needed before loading the vehicle he said " I do not have an answer for that" They stole us 200 dollars.
