I am in the military and am PCSing to California. I am on a time schedule as is everyone in the military. I contracted this company to move 2 of my vehicles on the 28 February. I had to change the date to 25 February and was told by Chris that that would be no problem. Communication between the company and myself has been very poor. I had to call and ask for information that should have been given to me through a call from the company, not me calling having to ask for the information. I was told that usually they would know information about who would be driving my vehicles the day before the pick up and that if i called back on the 24th he would be able to give me that information. So I called on the 24th to get that information and he still didn't have it. Each time I called the company, I spoke with Chris. It seemed like he was giving me the run around so I let my husband speak to him. When my husband talked to him he told him that there was 8 families getting their vehicles picked up near my area. He said that he would need another day or so to get us a driver. Well, it's the 26th, our pick up day was the 25th and I am still looking at my vehicle in my driveway. I have made numerous calls to the contact number Chris gave me for him because he is out of the office. He hasn't answered or returned any of my calls. I left a couple messages and still nothing. Today was the last possible date for me to have our vehicles shipped. Now I am left in a bind. I have no idea how my vehicles are getting from Georgia to California. I cannot drive because my child is too young to take a trip across country trip. I already have a flight scheduled, which I cannot get my money back from. This company obviously doesn't care about their customers or the effects that bad communication and bad business has on them.

We got this customer a driver and they did not want it. We had a pick up of the 26 and the driver broker down. So he was not back on the road till monday, when he got back on the road the customer no longer wanted him to pick this vehicle up. We did our job and spoke with the customer all weekend but there is only so much we have control over. We have to think realistic when shipping a car, break downs do happen. Thank you and it was still a pleasure doing our job.
