STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS

First off, I found this company here on transporreviews.com I was contacted by Phil who was very nice and had great customer service skills. He took my credit card information and then told me my truck would be picked up in 3-5 days. A week went by without any word or movement. I called Countrywide and asked for Phil. Phil picked up and asked me if I was placing an order and I told him no, you took my order last week. He then said "oh, you have to talk to dispatch; I can't do anything for you". When I got transferred to dispatch I was greeted by Chris. Chris went on and on about how Pennsylvania was one of the hardest states to drive through and how many drivers avoid Pennsylvania. He told me to give him a few more days and he would have my truck on the road. A few days later I called and he gave me the same runaround. I told him if he didn't get my truck moving by 5pm I would cancel the order as per the contract. He became very agitated and then he told me he was "talking with a driver who was probably going to pick up the truck tomorrow". I gave him 4 more days. At this point, my deposit was paid and there was no movement of my vehicle for 18 DAYS!!! I emailed to cancel, called several times where I was put on hold for over 20 minutes each call, left sevearl voicemails to confirm my cancellation and I didn't hear a word. I finally called my Credit Union and had them dispute the charges.

DO NOT TRUST THESE CROOKS. ALL I WANTED WAS A CONFIRMATION THAT THEY HAD CANCELLED MY ORDER AND THEY COULDN'T EVEN DO ME THAT COURTESY!!! If their communication skills are this bad with the customers, can you imagine how they treat their carriers??? STAY AWAY!!! CHRIS IS RUDE AND A JERK WHO LIKES TO TALK DOWN TO CLIENTS.

We do our best to get all of cars on a carrier. When we did get him a carrier for the same price he said he did not want the service anymore and We do have alot of satisfied customers. We always answer our phone and our e-mails.
