One has to use the term "stressed out" when it comes to describing what it's like dealing with this company. They broker to even worse companies, and NOBODY takes responsibility for anything. I never once knew where my car was. They took 15 days on a delivery quote of 8-10 and then DROVE my Mercedes 100 miles during the transport... and denied it! They literally drove it into my driveway and stated my neighborhood would not accomodate their truck. It was so full of dirt and bugs, I could hardly assess for damage. I had to call the sheriff because they had the gall to demand full payment of the COD.

The company states there is a customer service department, but all you get is "Al." He has his standard line of "make your comments on the Bill of Lading, pay all the C.O.D. in cash, and we will review it at our bimonthly board of directors meeting."

Save yourself time, aggravation and frustration and use another company. I would pay twice as much not to have to endure this again.
