We need to transport 2 cars from MA to CA, one the week of 7/27 and the other the week or 8/3. That was my original request of Nicole. The bid was $1545, the least expensive bid we received ($100 less than the next one). I was very clear that the cars were to be shipped a week apart...I needed to keep one car until I flew out with the kids on 8/4. The e-mail confirmation that arrived on 7/27 at 3:19 pm (after I'd waited around all day to find out when and where I was to meet the car carrier) stated that both cars were to be picked up on 7/29. The phone number on the e-mail for the carrier was never answered after 20 + calls and messages left. I began calling Countrywide on 7/27 to find out pick up time and place and after 20+ calls and messages left on voicemails, I finally got through to a person to explain that only one car was going this week and could they please tell me when and where. The person was to call me back. Noone called back. Today, 7/28, I have called over 50 times...most of the time all operators are busy. I have also left messages on 4 different departments voicemails with no call back. Now I am calling and all voicemails are full or the lines are all busy. They have already processed the $1545 on my credit card. The last few messages I left were to cancel the order. My credit card company says I will have to dispute the charges. Do not use this company. I am now wondering if they are a sham.
