They are the worst!

I am stupid. I shipped 3 cars with Countrywide and they did not do one thing right on 2 of them. The 3rd one is still on it's way, so the jury is still out. The first car was promised at a certain time if we paid $200 extra. Well, guess what? The car came a week late and there was nothing we could do to get the $200 back. Then, stupidly, we shipped 2 more cars with them. When I got to the shipping yard to drop my car off, the shipping company had not been paid and Countrywide was closed up tight for the weekend. I had to pay AGAIN if I wanted my car to be shipped. I was flying out before Countrywide would be open again, so I had to pay again. Then I was promised a 2 - 3 week shipping time - door to door service. Well, that was hogwash too. I was supposed to get my car May 18th or 19th. It's May 28th and I just found out that the carrier wouldn't make the trip up the hill to my house, so he left my car 3.5 miles away and took off. I called Countrywide to ask them what happened and to generally complain about everything that has gone wrong. No one there would take responsibility for anything. Apparently, no one there has any control over what happens when they book an order. I talked to Shane for quite a while - he supposedly is the manager, but he is a total jerk. He did not solve anything, he has no control, he took no responsibility, and he ended the phone conversation by insulting me. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. DO NOT USE COUNTRYWIDE!! They will rip you off and you will get your car whenever they feel good and ready. Promises mean absolutely nothing to them. I can hardly wait to see what will happen with the 3rd car we've shipped.

In reference to the above posted Blog. We Countrywide Auto Transport are A high volume shop. We have been in the transportation industry just over 20 years and we transport up to 1,000 vehicles a month. As a high volume shop, we are bound to have an occasional unhappy customer. With the volume that we do (According to Transport reviews) verses the number of complaints that we allegedly have (According to Transport reviews), we show a .55 % ratio of customers (Happy Or Unhappy) that have actually posted a Blog on Transport Reviews. This means that for every 300 customers, we have 1 Possible unhappy customer. Although 0% ratio of unhappy customers is our obvious daily goal, we do on occasion get a customer that just can not be pleased. In the customer service industry, it is close to impossible to please every one. In addition to that, we (Countrywide Auto Transport) obviously know each and everyone of our customers. More that half of the Blogers with complaints on Transport Reviews are in fact Unverifiable. Unfortunately a web site such as Transport Reviews, gives "one unhappy customer" an opportunity to post 5 or even 10 fake Blogs. Many of the Blogs on this web site are in fact over exaggerated, outrageous and or fabricated stories. We are currently consulting an attorney in reference to verifying the origin of these unverifiable "unhappy customers" Making sure that they are not from one malicious individual. Upon discovering who theses malicious Blogers are, we will pursue legal action immediately for Defamation Of Character. It is a travesty for a web site such as Transport Reviews, which is intended to help the Consumer, mislead and misinform them instead. As well as unfortunately give an opportunity to anyone that wasn’t "happy", to "bash" an honest and hard working company. We have, are and always will strive to provide all of our customers with a hassle free transport with the best customer service.
