I am not one who normally writes reviews about my experiences about anything, however, my experience with this company was so poor that i felt compelled to tell ANYONE who is shipping any type of vehicle to avoid these people. They will use any and all means to lie to you about everything. From your vehicle pickup(or lack of) to changing of fees and everything in between. After three weeks of not having this truck sent to my older brother cross country i decided to use another company. After three weeks (my credit card was billed in full three weeks ago) i was no closer to getting an honest response than on day one. You get lied to, put on hold, told that they are currently working on your move and that the file is locked to every other sophmoric answer you can think of including my favorite "we don't have many cars shipped to New York because everyone there uses the subway". To make a long story short, avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy an incredible run around. Look at all the negative reviews and the same lame company form response. They don't answer the complaint they just ignore it and say we have had many satisfied customers. Yes, and even a blind squrrel finds a nut every once in awhile. I wish i had seen this site prior to getting caught up with Countrywide.

In reference to the above posted Blog. We Countrywide Auto Transport are A high volume shop. We have been in the transportation industry just over 20 years and we transport up to 1,000 vehicles a month. As a high volume shop, we are bound to have an occasional unhappy customer. With the volume that we do (According to Transport reviews) verses the number of complaints that we allegedly have (According to Transport reviews), we show a .55 % ratio of customers (Happy Or Unhappy) that have actually posted a Blog on Transport Reviews. This means that for every 300 customers, we have 1 Possible unhappy customer. Although 0% ratio of unhappy customers is our obvious daily goal, we do on occasion get a customer that just can not be pleased. In the customer service industry, it is close to impossible to please every one. In addition to that, we (Countrywide Auto Transport) obviously know each and everyone of our customers. More that half of the Blogers with complaints on Transport Reviews are in fact Unverifiable. Unfortunately a web site such as Transport Reviews, gives "one unhappy customer" an opportunity to post 5 or even 10 fake Blogs. Many of the Blogs on this web site are in fact over exaggerated, outrageous and or fabricated stories. We are currently consulting an attorney in reference to verifying the origin of these unverifiable "unhappy customers" Making sure that they are not from one malicious individual. Upon discovering who theses malicious Blogers are, we will pursue legal action immediately for Defamation Of Character. It is a travesty for a web site such as Transport Reviews, which is intended to help the Consumer, mislead and misinform them instead. As well as unfortunately give an opportunity to anyone that wasn’t "happy", to "bash" an honest and hard working company. We have, are and always will strive to provide all of our customers with a hassle free transport with the best customer service.
