Our first experience with Coutrywide was excellent and the driver went above and beyond to ensure that our $150k ZR7 Twin Turbo Corvette was delivered safely to it's destination in Florida for a large trade show event. Price was great and everything went as planned. Our second experience, which was a referal to one of our customers that wanted to ship their Corvette from Denver to Utah didn't go so well. I was not directly involved but gave the customer your contact information to deal directly with you as recommended by myself based on our previous first experience. According to our customer, this went very bad. He took time off of work and they had to reschedule the pickup. He again took time off of work over a weekend and they ended up not calling and not picking up the car only to later inform him that they would have to reschedule. My last contact with the customer was that he was so upset by this that he cancelled his order with us ($10,000+) over the poor service on picking up the vehicle. This was very unfortunate for us as it resulted in a cancelled sale of over $10k. Very interesting that we can have 2 experiences that were so very different with the same company. I would like to hear Countrywide's side of this story.
