Dissatisfaction

I received incredibly poor service from this company. I was quoted a price of $585 initially, then was told that no driver/truck was available for this particular route. Finally I was informed that I should cancel the contract and to contract with another company. Not until the conclusion of my dealings with this company was I told that the quoted price had been too low and that no driver would pick it up for that price. However, my card was charged with the full amount immediately. It took at least 15 calls to resolve the issue and to finally receive a refund. I had already called my credit card company and put the amount in dispute. Employees randomly changed job titles whenever I called. On more than one occassion I was not allowed to speak with a particular individual. When I inquired as to why I couldn't speak with him even though he was expecting my call, I was told that he was not responsible for this particular area. One employee hung up on me when I voiced my objections at the tone of voice and language he used, another became extrememly rude when I demanded to know why my money had not been refunded. Dealing with this company was utterly frustrating for myself and the gentleman that I purchased the car from. Professionalism and customer service in not something they are familiar with. I would never do business with them again.
To be fair, I have to say that one employee - Louis - tried his best to be helpful and was always polite. Jack, Mike and Al were not.

TRANSPORT REVIEWS IS NOT COOPERATING WITH US TO GET ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO RESPOND BACK TO THIS CUSTOMER'S COMMENTS.TRANSPORT REVIEWS NEEDS TO HIRE MORE STAFF TO BE ABLE TO HANDLE COMPLAINS THAT COME ACROSS THEIR DESK.ANDY AND JOE WON'T CUT IT ALONE.IF THEY ARE WILLING TO TAKE ON CUSTOMERS' COMMENTS THEN THEY SHOULD COOPERATE WITH TRANSPORTERS TRYING GET THINGS RESOLVEDBY GETTING ADDITIONAL INFO.ALL ROUTES OUT OF CA OUTBOUND HAS BEEN AFFECTED BY HISTORIC HIGH GAS PRICES AND ARE DEALYED BEYOND NORMAL LEAD TIMES.IF OUR COMPANY THAT IS #1 RATED CANNOT MOVE THIS VEHICLE THEN I DON'T KNOW WHO COULD.
