Bad experience with Countrywide

I used Countrywide to move my car from Houston to Schenectady,NY. And it turned out be one of the worst experience with a company.Initially,I was asked to place an order on-line and I had to pay the full amount while placing the order.Next day,I called them up to confirm my order and that it should be picked up on 12/8/07.They said its the first available date of pickup,so I asked them to cancel the order.They said a $250.00 cancellation charge will be applied if I cancel the order,which was a shock to me and I had no option but to move my car with this company.One day before the pick-up day,I called them 3-4 times and they said they will check with the driver and get back.No one got back.The pick-up day was a Saturday and no one answered my call.I had to take a flight on Sunday and was tense my car not being up.I had to leave my car keys with smeone else.On reaching Schenectady,Monday morning I called Countrywide again and they asked me to follow-up with Coastal Express,the actual carrier company.
The car was finally picked-up on Thursday,12/13/07 but Countrywide had no clue about my car's status.They were under impression that the car was picked and delivered,which goes to show their lack of responsibility and commitment.Moreover,they asked me to follow-up with the carrier company instead of themselves doing this.I had to pay for 3 days extra car rental and was without a car here in Schenectady for 3 days.
I am not sure how they call themselves no.1 moving company.

THIS CUSTOMER ALREADY RECEIVED IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.THIS CUSTOMER PLACED ORDER ON 12/3/07.ON A LONG DISTANCE ROUTE LIKE THIS WE TYPICALLY REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 7-10 BUSINESS DAY LEAD TIME AND 5-7 DAYS TRANSPORT TIME AND WE ACTUALLY TRANSPORTED THIS CAR AHEAD OF TIME.THIS CUSTOMER OPTED TO GET WITH ABSOLUTE BOTTOM PRICING AND DID NOT PURCHASE EXPEDITED SERVICE FOR AN ADDTIONAL $200 MEANING WE FOLLOWED STANDARD TIME FRAMES TO GET CAR OVER TO HIM.
