Dreadful!

This company is DREADFUL. They charged me $875 which was to include expedited shipping charges of $200 for a guaranteed pickup! They never picked up the car - despite multiple calls - they never gave a straight answer. They had Al and Lewis on the phone who are rude and won't give an answer to any questions. They are RIP OFF merchants! I want my money back! They cost me the sale of a vehicle. Do NOT use this company!

THIS CUSTOMER ALREADY RECEIVED HER CAR IN GOOD CONDITION.SHE PAID EXTRA $200 FOR EXPEDITED PICK UP SERVICE MEANING PICK UP LESS THAN 7 DAYS.THE CAR MIGHT HAVE BEEN A FEW DAYS LATE BUT WE HAVE ALREADY TALKED TO CUSTOMER AND AGREED TO GIVE BACK $200 FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPEDITED SERVICE.
