Cosmos excellent service A++++

I'm on a tight budget, and recieved qoutes ranging from $490. to $1000. from about 10 transport companies to carry my Lincoln Town Car from NJ to Fla. on an open carrier. ALL the expensive companies urged me not to take the cheapest quote, claiming "they would take my deposit and never show up." After reading all reviews, I decided on Cosmos. I emailed my $150. deposit, and that evening (Monday) they called and told me a carrier was available on Wednesday, and my car would be delivered Friday. The carrier then called and confirmed on Wednesday, picked up the car on time, and I had it in my driveway Friday morning!

Interestingly, I continued to get calls from other carriers- one even demanded to know who I chose,what my deposit was, and what I paid, excitedly telling me to cancel it as I would never get my car!! Really rude. In my business, I always get 50% down before I start a job, so I did not think a $150. deposit was unreasonable. I gave out my phone # to get a quote, NOT to be harassed after I had chosen a carrier!

Cosmos was courteous, dependable, and picked up and delivered on time with a clean, modern carrier. What more can you ask for? Thank you Cosmos for a very pleasant experience. A++++!
