Very flexible. Changed the pickup location & changed the drop off location after the quote & no increase in charge. The carrier broke down on the way to CA, but called & let my daughter know & it presented no problem. Very professional & courteous. I could not have driven the vehicle for the price. 1st time I have used a service like this & am very satisfied.
