The truck driver was held up at a weigh station for improper paperwork for 10 hours which puts him a day late on delivery. Hey things happen. No biggie. The point is I have to track the guy down at 5pm on delivery day to find out that he wasn't coming until the next day. Pretty unprofessional. I had to call him again the next day to get an ETA or I might still be waiting. Sent Cosmos an email about the shipping carrier and when I said I guess it doesn't pay to go with the cheapest carrier he gave me some story that the same guy would be driving for any other company and that they just made less on me that anyone else. A simply sorry about that would have been sufficient and all would have been fine.
