I initially contacted cosmos and their prices were very accessible so I decided to go with them. After 9 or 10 email negotiating and getting details done with "the owner" cosmin , the car was ready to be picked up. In one of those emails I told Cosmin that the car had personal Items inside. He told me to send the order and NEVER said anything about the stuff in the car. I guess he just wanted to charge my card. When the carrier saw the car He didn;t want to take it because the items. He wanted more money to take it. We call Cosmin and he denied knowing anything about the email I explained about my personal stuff. When he finally "remembered" he excused himself saying that the contract he sent me says No personal items allowed inside the car. And that I signed the contract and after the contract was signed I pretty much was own my own. Even when He agreed to take the car on the emails with the stuff inside, He blamed me for not reading the contract. I feel like I have been set up. The carrier never took my car and the worse part is that Cosmin charged my credit cad for the Full amount of 520 dls . I had to asking him for several days to credit my card back. I understand transport companies never charge the full amount at the beginning. For being my first time sending a car I feel like this guy was truing to fool me and just wanted the money. He could say that items instead weren;t allowed, since the beginig, The truth, maybe he told the driver to ask me more money. Who knows! Not interest in the client , just the money. I'm sure he's going to reply and try to excuse himself, but I have the emails and I can show them to any one who contact me. A simple sorry will be better than justifications.

We don't need to respond because it is clear that Marco Wong-Baez (231-557-1158, 734-214-7775) tried the get a free ride and when it didn't work he was upset, but I do want to clarify for our future clients. We, as most auto companies do allow some light items in the trunk only at no extra cost (this does not apply to vehicles going to and from Hawaii). If you must put additional items inside the vehicle arrangements can be made with us when you place your order and there is an extra cost for those items but we will make sure to set it up with a driver that can and will be able to pick up your vehicle. What you can not do is load the vehicle up with items, not let us know and expect the driver to pick it up because in most cases the driver will not.
