Do not use Cosmos Auto - they are a bunch of crooks

I had a car shipped from Texas to California. The car was completely scratched up on the front hood. I asked the driver what happened and his response was, "this is what it was like when I picked it up here in California". We have documented proof signed by Cosmos indicating there were no scratches when picked up in Texas. Seems pretty clear, right?

When confronted by this, Cosmos:
* first claimed the car was stolen and shipped by another company (how did they get the pickup info?)
* then claimed they needed to wait for the start of the month for insurance (what does a pay period have to do with it?)
* then finally claimed they have no insurance (why does their website lie?)

Avoid at all costs.

Incorrect. The gentleman bought the vehicle from a salvage auction and when he received it he complained that the hood was scratched. It is not our job to decide who is correct, him or the driver. Our job is to supply him with the trucks insurance, which we have done, and let the insurance decide if he has a claim or not. It appears to us that his claim was denied.
