I got several quick quotes online. Cosmos was $500 less. I made a mistake in giving the size of my van so in a week when they sent a sub contractor to pick it up they found it to large and not standard. The reschedule within a week and was given a sub contractors name and number. The communication from Cosmos to us and the sub was great. I did this all be email and a faxed contract, no hassle. When the sub contacted me he explained he had several pick-ups and drop offs on his route but he would keep me updated on arrival time. His next to the last pick-up had a problem and the sub was right on the phone to explan the delay. I am like everyone else I hate waiting for 5-8hrs for something to happen. With the subs updates it made my day easy even with broken key problem with one of the other contracts. Would reccommend then. You must keep communication open between contractors and their subs to have almost no problems. My emailed questions where answered the same day.
