Cosmos transport… WoW,

Thanks! I just had a 2005 Suburban ¾ ton truck transported from Fort Worth Texas to Harpers Ferry West Virginia. I was very skeptical at first because the company I was purchasing my Truck from T.O Motor Company of Fort Worth, gave me a quote for $1200 to ship my truck. They gave many horror stories of what can happen with other transport companies and even said that I MUST give positive feedback on the eBay transaction before I even received the truck or title, given that I they had my money… I still took the chance with Cosmos, T.O.Motors acted like they were going to personally drive the truck to my house. (I still have not given the feedback… no title yet).

The bottom line is, Cosmos was honest and available whenever I called (during business hours). Made no false promises and asked for a 7 day pickup window period and another 7 days window to deliver. Considering the Cosmos quote was $590 I figured I could wait the 2 weeks for delivery. I placed my order on a Friday afternoon and by Friday night the same day they had a transport company ready to pick up the next day! I had a little delay on my end and had to move things a little faster than expected, but they were very nice about working with me and I received the truck the following Wednesday afternoon! WOW! The company who delivered the truck was professional and even notice the spare tire was missing when loading the truck, and pointed it out to the Dealer and thanks to him I did get the spare tire re-mounted under the truck before he left!

Once they had a transport company confirmed and received the insurance for my truck, they called me immediately with the name and phone number of the company and date of delivery. Then truck arrived as promised in great shape!

All I can say is AWESOME!! I will definitely use COSMOS Auto Inc.’s services again!!
