I could not be more pleased than I am with my experience with Cosmos Auto in early Nov 2007.They were the lowest bid by far to ship my Nissan from Idaho to Virginia.I had about 20-25 quotes from my intetnet enquiry some of which were 40-50% more than the quote from Cosmos.Because I was nervous about the very low quote, before engaging Cosmos I checked out this Transport Review website.I read all the reviews and noticed many customers were 100% satisfied.The reviews from dissatisfied customers in many cases appeared to be because of misunderstandings or misplaced expectations on the part of the customer.In my case everything went exactly as advertised by Cosmos.I Faxed in my order and deposit and received a confirming e-mail the next day.The following day I received a telephone call advising me of the pick-up date.The car was picked up on the scheduled date in Idaho.About three days after the pick-up I received a call from the driver for the transport company advising me of his expected ETA.The car was delivered to my front door in Virginia in perfect condition within the "window" originally estimated by Cosmos and on the exact day promised by the transport driver.Potential customers need to understand that Cosmos functions as a Broker and works with many different transport/trucking companies in order to make the transaction work for their customers.I have shipped autos from coast to coast at least five times over the past 10-15 years.Although this was my first time using Cosmos I believe any customer who is patient and flexible can save a lot of money using their services.
