Our experience with the transport company, in general, was very good. We had great contact with the actual driver who we met and delivered the car to. He inspected it, loaded it and was off. Three days later, he delivered the car directly to our daughter's apartment in CO. The only disappointment was the increase in cost due to the infrequent number of transport vehicles going to CO. I was told this after I had compared companies and made a decision. Had I known, up front, I might have made a different choice. Still, overall, things went smoothly.

The process/industry is always explained to our clients on every order. As a courtesy, we tried to make you happy by giving you a discount from us, since you were disappointed on the total price with the driver available! We're sorry that you were a little disappointed with the only option available at the time, but you said you really needed it moved asap. Other companies more than likely would've charged you more than we did actually. Your total cost from PA to CO was $760, that is very good for a SUV. We certainly tried to make you happy and help you, considering your budget. I would agree that everything went smoothly though. Thanks again for the review! - Ryan
