Got a quote for standby service for $510 where the vehicle was clearly identified as a Jeep Patriot. When I filled the online order it generated an invoice for $625. When I asked about it on the phone they checked the price and it went to $850. I cancelled.

Please Note: this review is from a NON-CUSTOMER. He did not place an active order with us. He started to place an order online but we noticed he classified his vehicle as the wrong size of car, therefore the quotes were wrong. Jim marked on his quote form that his Jeep was a car/sedan and NOT a SUV size vehicle and SUV's cost more to ship because they are bigger, understandable? So he was misquoted because he had a quote for a car NOT a SUV and he told us it was a Jeep Patriot yes but on his quote form he classified it as a: car/sedan when he should've classified it as a SUV. So we fixed that and requoted him since we are upfront and honest and if it's priced too low we will have a hard time moving it with the drivers, or the consumer would still have to pay more money in the end to actually move it. We take the upfront honest approach ALWAYS and explain the process and what to expect from the get-go. We wish that was appreciated. However, Jim did not want to place the order for the correct SUV pricing and we went our separate ways. We were honest with him. He did not pay us anything yet and we didn't even start working for him, we were still in the quoting stage of business with this consumer!
