I was hesitant and concerned because it was a new vehicle and I had never used a service like this. Right from the first contact with Jess I felt comfortable about doing it. Any questions I had she answered or followed through to get me the answers. The company/drivers delivering it were a bit relaxed in contact and I was told a time it was to arrive but it didn't show up at that time. The next morning I contacted Jess, within the hour I knew exactly when it would arrive and it did. Arrived in perfect shape with the same mileage I sent it with. I would highly recommend using this company and having Jess be your contact/agent.
