My son was being relocated overseas for the military and had a vehicle that we needed to have sent home to take care of for him while he was gone. The timing of the pickup was critical as he needed the vehicle as long as possible to get back and forth to work but then needed it picked up before he left as he didnt have anyone he could leave it with after he was gone.
Unfortunately the first company I made contact with was Transport Services. They took my money and promised that they would meet the pick up date no problem. They Took my money, but never picked up the car on they day they promised. They never called to say they werent going to make it, wouldnt return my calls or emails and still have not done so.
I started calling other carriers immediately and reached Veronica at Core nautical. She stayed after hours on a Saturday to help find a carrier as soon as possible to get the car picked up beofre my son left the country in a couple of days.
She took the time to explain everything about the service and what to expect in terms of pick up and delivery. She promised that if they didnt find someone late on that Saturday that they would
start again on Monday and call me with an update. They did all that and more. On Monday I was contatced by Laura Gomez who I continued to work with thru the pick up and delivery.
Laura called me with updates, made contact with the driver for me, and overall never let me down in service or concern. They managed to get teh car picked up even thru a 2 foot snow storm in the Delaware at the time of the pick up. For my pickup, they dispatched a trucking company named Summit Transport, who also were upstanding people.
Dave (dispatch) and Dave (driver) were in contact thruout the delivery, were very polite and personable and great people overall.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Core Nautical Group for any vehicle transport needs .
