Spoke with a smooth talking fella named Chuck to set up the move. He made the promise to me that my credit card would not be charged until I had signed and returned the agreement contract to transport my vehicle and the vehicle was on a truck ready for transport. 24 hrs. later, I veiwed my checking account and I was charged $100.00 from Continental Auto Movers. I never did fax back the agreement contract authorizing anyone to transport my car or charge my account, yet I was still charged $100.00. I immediately called customer service to express my dissatisfaction and I was immediately connected to Chuck. Chuck claimed that my car was assigned a driver, and that was the reason for the charge. Yet he could not explain why I was charged when I had not sent back the transport agreement, nor could he explain why my vehicle make, model, and price was still showing on the central dispatch board if my car was stapped to a truck ready for transport. He became very irrate over the phone upon learning that I wanted my money refunded and my vehicle removed from their dispatch board. Im going to be sure to report this incident to Better Business Bureaus also. These guys are a bunch of scammers, they tell you one thing and do something totally different since you the consumer are ignorant to the fact of how the business works. Theres not too much you can do except post to BBB and this site since your at their mercy. Just pray you go with a honest, trustworthy, reputable company, but this is not one of them.

Even though they never moved my vehicle, I feel that based on the fact that they lied just to get my money speaks volumes about their service. I would not recommend trusting this company to move a kids Power Wheel Jeep.
